Planned power outages are sometimes necessary when we make improvements to the network in your Neighbourhood and maintenance We know being without power is inconvenient, however it is important that our crews can work safely. We will endeavour to inform you prior to the shutdown and we will turn the Power back on as soon as we can.

Unplanned

Sometimes adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances can cause a power outage. If your power goes out unexpectedly, the first thing to do is check your circuit breaker or fuses. If your circuits and fuses are properly connected, then follow the steps below.
