Asset Shifting:

The Asset shifting criteria is established by Authority for Electricity Regulations, the requests are approved if one of the following points is occurred:

• The assets are in the land of a citizen or who requested the asset shifting. (The land ownership must be before the date of putting the asset)
• The asset may cause safety issues for the public or public properties. (e.g. close to public)
