Introductory Workshop on Nama Dhofar Services Held at the Directorate General of Health

The Debt Collection and Management Department, in collaboration with the Customer Services Department, organized an introductory workshop on Nama Dhofar Services at the Directorate General of Health. The aim was to highlight the company's key services and how subscribers can benefit from them.

Thamer Bait Said (Senior Customer Services Administrator), Masoud Al-Mashani (Senior Prepaid Meter Analyst), and Salem Al-Ghassani from the Thabit team presented the workshop. The presenters showcased a range of services in the electricity, water, and wastewater sectors.

The session also introduced the available digital channels that facilitate service access for subscribers and provided a detailed explanation of the “Wafer” prepaid metering system—an innovative solution that enables customers to manage their electricity consumption with ease. It eliminates the need for monthly billing and allows balance monitoring and alerts via the in-home display unit.

In addition, the “Thabit” service and its associated technological features were highlighted to raise awareness about modern services and promote a culture of smart electricity and water consumption.

The workshop concluded with positive engagement from the attendees, who appreciated the information shared and expressed interest in expanding their use of the available digital platforms.
