The first party is committed to paying Thabit amount monthly in accordance with the agreement below. The second party is committed to calculating the consumption difference at the end of each year and providing options for paying the consumption difference (if any) to the first party by either adding it to Thabit payment amount in the following year or by concluding a payment plan agreement (limited to 12 months). At the end of the agreement, the first party is obligated to pay the consumption difference according to its preferred option from the above payment options and according to the registered invoice. The second party has the right to cancel the agreement and oblige the first party to pay all the amounts due in one payment and take the necessary measures described in late payment code of practice for customers who default on paying electricity consumption if the first party is late in paying any installment for more than five days from the due date or breaches any clause of the agreement. If the first party pays amounts greater than the expected consumption during the term of the agreement, the second party will use it to pay the following bills after the expiry of the agreement term. If the monthly consumption exceeds 100% of the value of the available consumption, the second party has the right to cancel the agreement. The second party is committed not to disconnect the service during the agreement period due to the accumulation of outstanding during the agreement period, provided that the customer is committed to paying the agreed upon value.
